I am from the big city, so the noises of people, traffic, and commotion can oftentimes feel deafening; And when they do, I make an effort to go for a walk in the park. Or when I am experiencing sadness, I like to watch the wildlife that encompasses my neighborhood. Then there are endless times I find myself deeply inhaling the air, just before the rain falls. Why does all of this matter? It matters because when everything in life feels overwhelming and taxing, taking a break in nature can release all the negative feelings from your mind and body, restoring it!
Rebalancing your mind and body helps boost your mood and productivity! When your mind is clear, you’ll have more patience and motivation to accomplish your daily tasks like problem-solving, talking to people or facing your fears. When your body feels good you will feel more confident in yourself, and others will notice!
